| Aikens Cabins is open for business year round. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. |
| Reservations may be made via phone or email and are confirmed with a credit card in the guest's name. Balance due upon arrival and check-in. Additional fees, if applicable, will be charged to your credit card after the cabin is cleaned and inspected within 24 hours of checkout. If damage occurs to the cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, or if items are missing, additional fees will be charged to your credit card. This may also include additional fees if extensive cleaning is required. |
| A 2-night minimum stay is required for all holidays and special events including football games, graduation, Arts Festival, etc. |
| State and local taxes may apply and are not included in the room rates. These and any other fees will be added at the time of registration. |
| Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates will not be changed once a reservation have been confirmed. |
| Cancellations / Refunds: Written or email cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, (30 days or less days prior to a special event weekend) but more than 48 hours from arrival, regardless of the reason, will result in the forfeiture of one nights stay and a $25. processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival require the guest be responsible for the full rental amount unless the cabin can be re-rented. |
| No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather. We do not refund due to road conditions. |
| Check-in time for registration is 4 pm and Check-out is 12 noon. Please let us know prior to arrival if you will need special accommodations. |
| We have no formal check out. When you leave the cabin, please be sure all windows are locked, ceiling fans off, lights out,etc., leave your keys on the kitchen counter and lock the door behind you. |
| Each cabin must be registered in the name of a responsible adult over 21 years of age. That adult must be staying on the premises. All guests staying overnight must be registered. Children are of course welcome and should never be left unsupervised in the cabin. |
| Two keys will be provided at registration unless more are requested. There will be a $5. fee for any lost key. |
| Bed linens and towels are provided. Please use with care and do not take them from the cabins as they are not complimentary. |
| Claude's Way is a private road only for registered cabin guests. Two vehicles allowed per cabin; other arrangements can be made for additional needs. |
| Prior arrangements must be made for friends and family visiting cabin guests. All visitors must park in the main parking area and not along Claude's Way. |
| Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. Please be respectful of our other guests. |
| Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. A $200 fee will be charged to your credit card if this policy is broken. |
| Campfires are permitted in the fire pits only and must be attended at all times. Keep fires small and do not move the fire pits. Remember to douse your fire with water before retiring for the night. Firewood will be provided, additional wood can be purchased on site. |
| Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on premises in moderation. Excessive rowdiness, profanity or drinking will not be tolerated. You must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. |
| Aikens Cabins is not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness of any nature that occurs while on the property. Aikens Cabins is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. |
