Booking information:

Aikens Cabins is open for business year-round. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. 
Currently reservations can only be made via phone at: (814) 466-9299 or email at aikenscabins@hotmail.com and are secured with a credit card at the time of booking.

Rates:

Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates will not be changed once a reservation has been confirmed.

The balance will be due upon arrival by check-in. Additional fees, if applicable, will be charged to your credit card after the cabin is cleaned and inspected within 24 hours of checkout. If damage occurs to the cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear, or if items are missing, additional fees will be charged to your credit card. This may also include additional fees if extensive cleaning is required. 

State and local taxes may apply and are not included in the room rates. These and any other fees will be added at the time of registration. 

Minimum Age Requirement:

Minimum age for rental is 21 years. Each cabin must be registered in the name of a responsible adult over 21 years of age who must be staying on the premises during the rental period. All guests staying overnight must be registered. Children are always welcome and should never be left unsupervised in the cabin. 

Cancellations/Refunds:

Please keep in mind we do not overbook and would appreciate you honoring your reservation. Cancelations made more than 30 days prior to your stay will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations made inside 30 days or less will only be refunded if those dates are able to be filled by another party in the time between the date the cancellation is made and the date of your stay. We will do our best to fill your vacancy and return your deposit less the $50 administrative charge.  If your notice of cancellation is given with less than 30 days, and your booking cannot be filled by another party, you will be responsible for the entire reservation amount. No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather. 

A 2-night minimum stay is required for all special events including football weekends and graduation weekend. 

Check-in/ Check-out:

Check-in is 4 pm and Check-out is 10 am. Please let us know when making your reservation if you will need special arrangements. 

We have an informal check-out process. When you leave the cabin, please be sure all windows are locked, air conditioner/ceiling fans off, lights out, etc., leave your keys on the kitchen counter and lock the door behind you. 

Parking:

Aiken’s Cabins are located on Claude's Way which is a private road for registered cabin guests only. A maximum of two (2) guest vehicles are allowed per cabin. Additional parking is in the main gravel lot at the entrance of Claude’s Way. All visitors for cabin guests must park in the additional parking area and not along Claude's Way or in another cabin’s parking spots. All guest vehicles are required to leave no later than 10 pm. 

Additional Information:

Cabins accommodate 4 persons although specific cabins may allow for 1 or 2 additional guests if needed. Accommodations for more than 4 guests per cabin MUST be prearranged and prior approval with NO Exceptions! There is an additional $35. fee per person/per night for more than four guests. 

Two keys will be provided at registration unless more are requested. There will be a $5. fee for any lost key. 

Bed linens and towels are provided. Please use care with them and do not take them from the cabins, they are not complimentary. 

Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am. Please be respectful of our other guests. 

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if this policy is broken. 

Campfires are allowed in the provided fire pits only and must be attended at all times. Fires must be kept small and manageable at all times. Do not move the fire pits. Remember to completely extinguish your fire before if leaving it unattended.

Alcoholic beverages are permitted on premises but only in moderation. Excessive rowdiness, profanity or drinking will not be tolerated. You must be 21 years of age to possess or consume alcohol.

Aikens Cabins is not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness of any nature that occurs while on the property. Aikens Cabins is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 

Pet Guidelines: 

Dogs are allowed at Aiken’s Cabin’s but only with prior approval. Only well-behaved dogs will be accepted and only in specific cabins. An additional $35 fee per pet will be charged to your reservation upon approval. Limit two dogs per cabin. 

Dogs must remain on a leash when outdoors at all times and are not to be left unattended. This is for the protection of you, your dog and other guests and is nonnegotiable. Please do not allow your dog to run freely around the property.

During your pets stay, please be considerate of the furnishings and linens in the cabins. You are responsible for any damages that your pet causes. We provide linens in each of our cabins. We prefer that your dog not get on the bed and furniture. Please use care to respect those who will be staying there after you.

Please pick up after your dog. We are not responsible for your dogs waste.

We prefer that you take your dog with you when you are away from the cabin. We are not a kennel. If you must leave for dog for short periods, please crate your dog. NO barking! 

All pets must be up to date on their rabies vaccinations. All pets should be treated with Frontline/Advantage or a similar topical flea and tick product prior to arrival.

Please do not use cabin towels for dirty paws, baths or for any pet care or cleaning whatsoever.
